TRUNCH NEW CEMETERY
The "new" cemetery in Trunch is on the Knapton Road next to the rectory. At the back of it is the Rectory Meadow - a wildlife area. The cemetery was opened on December 12th. 1936. The lych gate was the gift of the Misses Lamb, who lived in the village. I have made a list of all of the graves that are decipherable. There are just a few that are too worn or overgrown. Click here for the list so far of cemetery graves. (updated 2020) If you would like a photograph of any of the graves please contact me.
